Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
Business licence.
Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Board resolution.
Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
Copy of VAT/VRN certificate (if applicable).
Proof of company’s residence.
Copy of acceptable Identifications for shareholders with 5% or more.
Copy of Signatory’s Identifications and passport picture.
